For 2008, we are running a WHFB tournament on, Dates are the 28th and 29th of June 2008, 3 games on Saturday, 3 games on Sunday.
Our organisers for 2008 are Jack Brown and Dale Jarvie.
Size
Army list size, 2250 or 2400 points, depending on the presence or absence of a Lord level choice (see Rules)
Admission
The admission fee for each player for 6 games is: $40 until the end of April
$45 until the end of May
$50 until ConVic

Prizes and Awards
No player may win more than two of the 5 major awards (Overall, Generalship,
Army Presentation, Sportsmanship & Composition and Player's Choice).
The basic winning categories (TBC):
- Overall
- 1st , 2nd, and 3rd. (highest combined scores of all
categories ties decided by battle, sportsmanship & composition, then army presentation)
- Generalship
- 1st , 2nd, and 3rd. (highest battle scores with
ties decided by sportsmanship & composition, then army presentation)
Note: To be eligible to win an award for Generalship, your army must receive
a minimum of 5 Army Composition points in at least 5 or more games.
- Army presentation
- 1st , 2nd, and 3rd. (highest army presentation scores
with ties decided by sportsmanship & composition then battle)
- Sportsmanship & composition
- 1st , 2nd, and 3rd. (highest sportsmanship & composition scores with
ties decided by raw sportsmanship data, raw composition data, battle then
army presentation)
- Players' Choice
- 1st , 2nd, and 3rd. During the Saturday games, the T/O's will select the top 10 armies present, that have been painted by the person playing the
army. During Player's Choice voting on Sunday morning, voting on these selected 10 armies will take place.
- Sexiest Player
- To be adjudicated by an independent scrutineer (hopefully female!).
- Best first time placing in a 2 day tournament.
- Best placed youngblood.
- Arena of Death winner
- Best Club Award
- There will also be some spot prizes awarded for particular feats
throughout the tournament.
